Calories...?

What are the primary differences between calories and fat calories...??? Does not a fat calorie get stored differently within your bodie's cells thus forming fat...???

calories are just calories
fat calories are the calories from fat
1 gram of fat = 9 calories

so if you eat a steak with 10 grams of fat thats 90 calories from fat

Calories..................?

I was just wondering are fat calories included in calories...and also are fat calories bad and what do they do unlike normal calories. Thanks for any response

Calories are a measurement of the energy contained in the food you eat. If the food you eat contains fat, then some of the calories will come from that fat. Those are sometimes referred to as "fat calories".

1 gram of fat contains 9 calories.
1 gram of protein or carbohydrates contains 4 calories.
1 gram of alcohol contains 7 calories.

This means that eating foods with a high amount of fat will cause you to ingest more calories than you would if you ate an equal weight of foods with lower amounts of fat. You should try to get no more than 30% of your daily calories from fat.

How to convert kcal to Calories (the ones used on american food labels)?

It makes no sense if you multiply kcal by 1000 to get Calories. For example, 40kcal multiplied by 1000, you get 40000 Calories? I thought a person consumes 2000 Calories on average each day?

kcal and Calories are the same thing. However kcal and calories (with a lowercase c) are different.

Calories(big C) are what is in food. So 40kcal = 40 Calories. calories (little c) deal with energy.
